The Editorial Board has ultimate discretion for deciding whether a write-up submitted to the website will be published or not. This shall be guided by the website's policies as determined by the Editorial Board.

The Editorial Board will evaluate write-ups for their intellectual content irrespective of their race, colour, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy of the author(s).

Editorial Board will not disclose any information about a write-up under consideration to anyone other than the author(s), reviewers and potential reviewers.

The Editorial Board will persistently make every effort to ensure the integrity of the blind review process by not revealing the identity of the author(s) of a write-up to the reviewers of that write-up, and vice versa.

The editorial board shall scrutinise each submitted piece to make sure it does not contain any content that in any way threatens or harms the national integrity or interests or targets any race, religion, caste, class, gender, sexual orientation, etc.

It is a requisite for submission of pieces that the author takes full responsibility for any and all content they submit. The editorial board, the society, or the department does not uphold or endorse the values or opinions presented in the piece.

The editorial board retains the right to take down any write-up at any point in time if it is found at any stage of publication that it contains any content that violates our terms and conditions.

The picture or artwork accompanying the piece must not fall under any copyright issues. If found to be so, the Editorial Board retains full authority to take the write-up down. The society or the department shall not be responsible for any copyright infringement claims.
